As far as what you could use in protein shakes, powdered milk is probably the easiest, baby formula maybe, but check out the contents to see what the protein content is like. Low fat pot set/organic yoghurt, again check the protein content and grab the one that's highest. Cottage cheese is another good one, but you're better off putting it on a slice of toast instead of mixing it in your shake.
how about milk, fat free greek yogourt and a few fruit. blend that together and your set. Greek yogourt has a very high protien content
