Just saw a thread in lounge about homemade shakes which got me thinking about any home made high protien shakes that doesnt use protien powder? Any1 have any here??
6eggs 500ml chocolate milk for less sugar calories 6 eggs 500ml full fat milk nesquik powder you get the idea
That was my thread you saw in the lounge. Generally if im out of powder il make something like this: 200ml egg whites(can pick up at most markets) one cup oats peanut butter fruit eg bananas,apples oranges 500ml full fat milk. imo you can never have to much protein
Yeah mate i know it was your thread. I can't seem to find egg whites here at places such as asda, tesco sainsbury's
My uncle has a card so i might have to get him to go get me a bunch next time he goes there. Any other recipes people?
