HOF is set in stone but it is his ATG position that is in question. Depending on what Canelo does in his career, Floyd beating Pac will put him in the top 15-10. Without Pac maybe top 20. But in the end does it matter...no. Most of our lives don't matter. But then you never know if we some how inspired or were the catalysts for someone to change the world. Did Ali's fight with Wepner matter...it did to Stallone.

I have no idea what you're talking about, I like Pacquiao, but out of my over 200 threads I've done 1 on Manny, so you got the wrong guy.

He was a lock HOF guy when he retired the first time

This was icing on the cake

Outside of Manny no fighter 140-154 enhances his legacy

He could retire and be ok

My issue is fights no one wants being on Ppv

I'd prefer him to retire than waste out time

He's a HOF'er no matter what. But it would certainly help his cause to ACTIVELY SEEK OUT the best fight available. Continuing to NOT do so will harm his long term standing regardless of his impeccable talents.

long term standing of what though?

The more I think about certain things in boxing like how Floyd is treated vs pacquiao, how bradley is treated, how arum is viewed vs al haymon, how a guy like rigandeaux gets treated and little other stuff it's just frustrated as a fan tbh.

I hope a day comes along eventually where boxing is just 1 big league kind of like the NBA, NFL or UFC. I think it forces there to be more integrity, honesty and fairness across the board because there is so much nonsense that ruins the sport of boxing.

Long term according to this: Pacquiao is the biggest fight out there for Floyd, and Floyd IS the A-side. He should be doing whatever it takes to get Pacquiao in the ring - and he hasn't, at any point, in 5 years.

Pacquiao deserves plenty of blame, too. Tons! But since Floyd IS the A-side, he will not be viewed as kindly.

Pac and Floyd are both ****s. Floyd, as the A-side, is the bigger ****.

yeah the fight should have happened forever ago. I just can't wait till they retire tbh. The sport will be better because guy's will stop waiting for that specific fight.

I did, and I stand by every scorecard I had in the series.

Even if you DIDN'T agree with me that JMM leads 2-1-1, JMM obviously won the series with KTFO6. No debate. None, to the contrary.

When you are getting paid to fight as much as hes getting paid yes it does matter.
