It doesn't take a rocket scientist to have some boxing knowledge and know the scoring criterias for boxing. I think anyone with some common sense and boxing knowledge could easily recognise a bad decision or a bad scorecard.

I mean there is alot of corruption in boxing and there's been 1000s of examples of bad scoring from judges whether it's corruption or being biased towards the home fighter.
