Honestly How Can You Dislike This Guy

Williams has a great attitude and is just the sort of guy that the sport needs. Most of the Margarito fans probably don't really hate him, they are just defending their man. People generally hate the fans more than the fighters, guys like p4pdabest don't help your cause much if you are trying to gain widespread respect for Williams.

Click his name and look at his previous posts. He gives me **** all the time about PBF vs. PW. But he usually knows what he's talking about, as far as I'm concerned...

Most Williams fans, including PW's manager himself, have personal respect for Margarito. It's just the bull**** of Arum that make people like us a little weary of him.

I don't even have anything against Margarito fans... Even the real biased ones like my homey JM22. I understand when people root for their boy and don't wanna hear **** else. I'm the same way. But that's a lot different from people just saying dumb ignorant **** like "Williams ducked Cotto" and **** like that...

 

P4Pdabest KNOWING what he's talking about? I take it you really don't read much of what he says. :-(

Don't you think Williams and Goosen deserve part of the blame? Arum was working on a fight w/ Pavlik remember, so I doubt he had any qualms before about working with them. Everyone just loves to blame Arum for everything.

 

I couldn't care less if he is a "groupie" or not. Walk With Me is certainly a "groupie" but even though he dedicates himself to a specific fighter far too much, he is a good poster and attempts to give fighters a fair appraisal. Guys like P4Pdabest are only worried about their post count, and when they jump in a thread all they do is encourage fans of fighters like Margarito to bash the fighter more.

Most of these petty battles arise due to the fans, not the fighters themselves.

 

P4Pdabest mainly posts when there are other groupies who only get by w/ mob mentallity.

Paul doesn't do any of the negotiations. So you can't blame him there. And as far as Goosen, I won't make any comments here.

I don;t blame everything on Arum, but he definitely holds the cards. You can't tell me that if he wants Margo to fight Williams it won't happen.

Cotto is a chump because he got stopped? It's comments like that which make a competent discussion seem unlikely. It was a title fight that HE LOST. Isn't a former champ allowed to have a rematch for his recently lost belt? :huh

 

People may be critical of him because, it CAN look like he's searching only for big names. And while that isn't bad, most guys pay there dues before getting shots. How many wins over top ten WW's does Williams have? Or top JrMW's? Won't even go near MW with that.

 

I mainly post when there's other groupies around? Its not my fault other posters feel the same way about PW & Floyd. I post at different times of the day, I dont need poster help

Of course not. He's entetaining, willing, and seems like a veryu likable individual. Not bull**** trash talk, not domestic abuse charges, no gang banger hanger-oners or a "What time is it?" Entourage.
