Honestly: Why did Fury never get the respect and credit for beating Klitschko?

    1. He called out the (((chosen people))) who control all media.

    2. He thought he could act like a black athlete (arrogant and aggressive) and get the same response (fame and adoration).

Maybe it has something to do with his being bat **** possum crazy. Singing a silly song in the ring after the fight. Only throwing a few more punches than David Haye had when he fought Wlad. Ducking the rematches. Just being bat **** crazy is enough.

It's pretty obvious Wlad was shot to hell and Fury just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The public knows talent - or the lack of it - when it sees it.

The public doesn't know she about boxing

They can't name a single man AJ beat in the Olympics.

They can't name 2 or more Ali opponents

They can't name more than 5 british world champions

Tyson fury chisora win in 011 trumps all of Wilder's and ajs resume.

I hope wlad wins because my god fury didn't get the respect he deserved. Went to Germany and outclassed a cheating Wlad.

Casuals just think fury is fat and clumsy but I beg to differ.

The manner in which he won was about the least controversial victory he could have had and one which a very small cadre of astute posters predicted beforehand with quite stunning accuracy. It wasn't exciting but it was highly impressive, and it's quite disgusting how much it was actually downplayed in the aftermath.

Course, Fury didn't exactly help his cause, and the respect he gained in the win has long since run its course, but I don't think I've ever seen a fighter get less kudos for a victory of this magnitude than Fury has.

Most so-called boxing fans today think Fury is just a fat and clumsy oaf. There is a stunning level of cognitive dissonance and general ignorance surrounding Fury that doesn't ever seem to shift no matter what he does. I remember it before the Wlad fight and I remember it ten times worse in the aftermath. Honestly is anyone even surprised how much he went off the deep end following the victory? Think what must it be like to achieve the impossible, defy all your critics, and take the crown, only for everyone to act like it never happened.

I don't have a dog in the Joshua Klitschko fight, but I only hope Wlad puts up a damn good performance regardless of the outcome. It likely wouldn't make any difference in altering anyone's current opinion of Fury, but it'd be nice to know for clarity's sake regardless.

You are correct, except this thread isn't about Lucas Browne.

Wlad wasn't shot. His wife was suffering from post-natal depression while suffering with bi-polar. Most on here don't have or never have had a woman in their lives, so can not even begin to imagine the kind of ramfications this brings to a relationship and the pressure and distress this brings into a person's life.

Tyson fury fought a brilliant gameplan, let's not take anything away from the performance, but he caught wlad at the right time.

He knew he was going to get destroyed in a rematch to a more focused and determined Wlad.

No , Fury threw more and landed more PP than WLAD when he beat David Haye.

Fury beat Wlad in the same way Wlad beat Haye minus the excessive holding. You stupid fanboys loved it when Wlad won fights by pecking away with minimal out-put from the safe zone.

It took more skill and talent to out box Wlad then it does holding and leaning on a cruiser weight who couldn't beat Tony Bellew.

Shot to hell?? He certainly didn't look anything like like that. He looked exactly like every other version of Wlad over the last 10 years.
He just couldn't lean and push Fury down like he did with everybody else and didn't have the skills to out-box him.

    1) He definitely won, but horrible fight to watch. Boring ass fight.

    2) He's said things that were downright disgusting and stupid about jewish people, homosexuals and others. Just doesn't know how to conduct himself AS A LICENSED BOXER. I get it, you have to be yourself but I am not getting behind someone like that. You guys talk about how he didn't get respect for the fight; I'm surprised he's still relevant after the comments he's made. A nation cannot get behind a guy like that.

Now some will say yeah you gotta separate the fighter from the person but the wider public do not think like that and in my opinion no one should. This really is the same reason why Mayweather with the same record playing the hero role would get so much more praise than Mayweather the *******.

No doubt Fury won. But did he win by dominating Wlad by outboxing and outlanding him with a beautiful performance? Or did Fury win a stinker that was won because Wlad threw even less punches than Fury?

A win is a win, I get it. But some people here in the thread are complaining most people aren't lauding Fury for the win. I think the reasons are obvious and it has nothing to do with hating Fury.
