Nicely edited as that is, it leaves out the other two minutes of the round where Chad just walks around and thinks about what he'll order from Subway on the way home.

Excalty he's a lazy fighter at times, "Personality flaws". But in my opinion Hopkins has not got the style, or stamina to exploit this. Thats what makes this fight so confusing........."Or does he..???"

"When Chad Dawson goes to work, he goes to work. Its spectacular, Jean Pascal at times had no choice but to cover up and hope for the best, when Chad Dawson let his hands go, because he was simply not fast enough to invade the punches"

Chad Dawson in my opinion has Chris Eubank syndrome, where a fighter only really gets up for a fight when they feel really threatened. Otherwise they will be inclined to be lazy, and just do enough.

This fight has so much to debate about, this is what i enjoy most.

The fatal flaw in that is he does it three or 4 times in a round at most. Against a guy like Hopkins it'll be cut in half. Dft had it spot on with his Subway post :deal He walks around looking like a mentally ******ed fan dressed as a boxer who has found his way into the ring. I can see nothing other than a Hopkins decision. Dawson won't suddenly start throwing 80 punches a round or outwork Hopkins so that's out the window. Short of a 'lucky' punch I don't see what he can do

Check the punch stats, I'm sure even still Chad Dawson has a higher work rate than Bernard Hopkins. Weather its round by round or over the duration of 12 rounds, its pretty close.

And like I've stated before, Chad Dawson's work is by far more potent......and its combined into compact out outburst.

Also remember this man, Bernard Hopkins does not have such a high workrate against athletic fighters. Also especially a athletic fighters with physical and technical skills that can commit to a Jab.

In Chad Dawson's last fight, many people think it was a poor performance......? I don't.

Chad Dawson was forced to fight in that manner "Manny Stewart style", he threw more jabs in that fight than Hopkins threw in punches against Joe Calzaghe!

Like i said, there are so many things to debate.

I feel that people are playing down Chad Dawson, and taking credit from Bernard Hopkins if he wins. For me personally this is Bernard Hopkins toughest fight since, Roy Jones Junior........

    "First time around"

Because of where they are at in there careers, and all the pro's and con's each fighter has.

    Hopkins 153 / 502
    Dawson 134 / 436

Taken from Hopkins vs Pascal 1. The second he threw slightly less than Dawson. My opinion is that Hopkins has the tools to lower Dawson's even further and thats a portion of what will win him the fight. Dawson needs to be ALOT more active and that won't happen. Bhop will tee off with the straight right all night long, he'll control the fight with it. Dawson is a sitting duck for it and Hopkins' right is lovely and sneaky

    Hopkins is an inspirational hero.

He's one of the few people who I genuinely admire (no homo)

Experience is in this case, top level ring time. The pressure that the big fights brings. The knowledge of how to bring the best out of yourself over and over again.
Experience of having seen it all before, to know what do do when things are working, and more importantly to do when theyre not.
Dawsons going to offer nothing new to BHop, and thats because hes seen it all before, experienced it.
Hopkins IMO has already ruined Dawson mentally, and it will get worse fight week, and then execution time.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks Dawson will be a tough fight. Tougher than Pascal, even.

    But war B-Hop!!!!!

Even if Hopkins loses, he still wins.

His legacy is cemented in a case with bulletproof glass.

I want Hopkins to win but I expect Dawson to win. When it comes to Bernard Hopkins I bow down in the face of greatness, one of my favourite people on the planet. Come on B-HOP

Pretty confident Hopkins wins. Dawson needs to show up with some resolve he never has previously to win this.

How come Teeto? I would say stylistically Dawson brings very little to the table.
