Hopefully now we can have the best of 140-154 fighting each other

    With money May era hopefully turning down, we won't get as many mismatches, and the new p4p fighters can show who is the best. For years fighters who have shown to be the best at 140, 154 have been desperate to fight money may, not even deserving it half the time.

    Brook, thurman, khan, Crawford, Alvarez, Bradley, Garcia, matthysse, mikhaylenko!, lara, Maidana, porter, Andrade, broner.

    They should fight each other, you can't get a huge payday without earning it now, mayweather was handing out millions to guys like Guerrero. Without a dominant force in the division hopefully these fights can happen. It's a free for all. But there is a possibility that it could turn out like the cruiserweight division, a talented weight class where no one fights each other and are happy to hold 1 belt with no intention of unifying.

    It's interesting to see who can leap to the top of the pile of the 147 division, can Crawford take over there aswell? Will brook or thurman move to 154 in the future, will they fight each other? Will Garcia face Crawford and all the fights inbetween. Canelo vs mandingo is going to be a very action packed fight, will canelo take on Andrade or rematch lara, I think that would prove who is the man at 154. You throw Maidana in the pile, he could easily knock the **** out of anyone on his day.

    Good point you make there

    Now tell your boy Kovalev to get in the ring and fight King Beterbiyev and we can get some good action in the light heavyweight divison as well

    Canelo will be champ at 154lb, unless he can't make weight and is forced to fight GGG at 160lb. He already whooped Trout and Lara, Charlo twins and Andrade don't have what it takes to beat him.

    147 is interesting. At first sight it seems like it might be Thurman, Brook or maybe Khan in the near future. But really Ali thats gonna win. He already whooped Crawford which is more than enough evidence to show that he is the next best fighter at 147lb.

    Speaking of Crawford, he becomes 140lb champ...unless Matthsse stops him. The only other possible competition he has is Postol.

    Whats that, a disagreement. Care to show me the record in where Canelo didn't come out with the W in those fights???.....Anyone?

    Care to show me the record where Herrera has a win over Danny Garcia? Doesn't mean Mauricio shouldn't have won the fight.

    You think Canelo whooped those guys? Did you watch the fights?

    Im trying to get da contract signed by november. buT Beterbiev is stalling, he knows he was lucky in de amateurs. :yep

    What does Herrera have to do with this? He clearly got his ass whooped against a limited Mayfield. Hell even Mike Alvarado beat him easily.

    Ok ok, no disrespect to Herrera. He's a weird fighter that has some quality wins and continues to do so, despite having clear uncontraversial losses against weak opposition.

    I watched those fights. Canelo made Trout hit nothing but air and dropped him hard in the fight. And Lara was landing his 1-2 little shots until Canelo destroyed his body and cut half his face with one uppercut!

    But fine, i'm not delusional fan here...and I love boxing. Trout and Lara are great boxers and yes they gave Canelo a hard time. I guess you got mad with me using the "ass whooped" terms? I admit that I normally would't use those terms in fights that are competitive or where its not like one fighter got totally destroyed. BUT given how some boxing fans are a bunch of ignorant wannabe gangsters and use terms like "boxing lesson" and "ass whooped" so common...it might have rubbed off on me a bit.

    I mean just look at yesterday. You got Floyd fans saying Manny got "schooled" "destroyed" "ass whooped"...despite the fact that he looks like he just had a bad day of sparring rather than losing a fight.
