I have been watching B-Hop for years and although I always considered him a talented fighter, he has put it all together in his 40's. I think he was weakened at 160...Mackie Shilstone did a great job helping him put on the weight correctly. I think at this point of his life he joins an elite group who found there peak later on in there career's, men like JJWalcott,Archie Moore I could try and add George Foreman and Vitali Klitschko to that list but I am not sure they were the better fighter with there comebacks even though they improved certain weakness.I have to say there is nothing about Hopkins that would make you think he was not 29 year old other than his vast experience. I have to give Calzage credit for beating him. Ithink at this point in time B-Hop would beat most in the lightheavy division. A fight between the Calzage/Jones winner would be a good one but If Calzage gets past Jones he may want to retire and not risk a loss at that stage of his career. Still it shows if a fighter takes care of himself and avoids wars he can fight into his 40's

B-Hop could put on 20lbs and beat quite a few heavyweights although not the Klitscko's

If you think about it, Hopkins' short stin at 175 more than eclipsed his more than 1 decade career at 160 lbs. The only notable win he had at 160 is a blown up Tito. He lost to Jones and Taylor.

Whereas at 175, he beat Tarver, Winky and Pavlik. Come to think of it...what if he had beaten Calzaghe..:admin
