    i think pascal beats hopkins. and to be fair, the other two young uns in dawson and cloud have made their name off old fighters so i dont get why pascal shouldnt join in the party.

    he shouldnt get too much credit if he does beat hopkins, but atleast it solidifies him as the best lhw

    That is your oppinion that he NEEDED it. He took it but by no means did he need it. He just takes whatever he can get because that's what cagey vets do. That fight was over and he didn't need it. He just took it because he could.

    Since you bought up the stupid response, I'll go ahead and play along with a response. He had a lowblow restbreak against calzaghe and came back and beat the hell out of pavlik. Styles make fights and hopkins is still a mastermind. He just takes whatever he can get.

    Everyone said the same about Pavlik, and his supposed power.
    They are all B level compared to BHOP, especially Bute and Pascal.

    Hopkins will probably beat Pascal. Pascal isn't that great a boxer, he's just quite fast and has a good dig on him.
