This fight is kinda hard to believe. I mean, rumors hit to web just hours after Adamek KO'ed Banks. And now its pract offical. Ya gotta give credit to both men. Its gonna difficult for BH to duplicate the performance he had vs Pavlik. The added weight will get to him, especially when Tomek starts to pour it on in the 2nd half of the fight. And rememeber, I don't think theres a snowballs chance in hell that Hopkins would KO Adamek. I can see BH wearing down & the pressure will just keep getting worse. Still can't believe thisfight is gonna happen! This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
I think Adamek can win. In fact, I like his chances better than I previously did now that it might become a reality. But I don't think it would be easy, even IF Adamek managed to win inside the distance. Tough fight for Tomasz.
Both fighters deserve major props for this one. No way Hopkins stops Adamek. Maybe....but remember, Adamek will be very easy for Hopkins to hit. Adamek NEEDS to apply pressure early and often and not get lulled into the ineffective style he was reduced to against Dawson the majority of the way.
LOL wow...U really dont believe that **** do you...BHOP is no weight drained Oscar in this fight..He's the 3rd best fighter in the world and hes fighting the best cruiserweight...
Banks is slower than BHOP and was landing flush...BHOP is 10 times the fighter that Banks is..I'll take Bhop by UD across the board 116-112
As a fan of both guys, there's certainly a chance that Adamek stops Hopkins, no doubt about it. I doubt he administers a one-sided beating like Pac-DLH, but I don't think that's exactly what JETSKI was referring to.
Is he really? No doubt about this, but Adamek is a much better fighter than Pavlik, and he also just so happens to be much bigger and much stronger. Could be. Before this started being talked about seriously, I always figured Hopkins would be too much trouble for Adamek, but now I'm not so sure. I can see a close decision going to either fighter, I can see a wide decision going to Hopkins, or I can see Adamek winning inside the distance. All plausible outcomes.
