Yes, but Joe is more the more talented boxer than Pavlik. But Kelly should win over Hopkins as he averages 97 punches per round and is smart enough to go to Bernard's body if he can't find his head. He may be a tad one-dimensional but he's not stupid.

Wrong a peak Hopkins would break this guy down and KO him, at 43 he is shot. If Pavlk can't beat a 43 yr old than he is not for real IMO.

So where does that place JC's win over Hopkins, in your opinion? Hopkins is still ranked P4P.

Look at the weigh-in and stare-down. Hopkins is not a bit indimidated and he could never be against Kelly Pavlik, sticks his forehead right into Kelly's and makes him aware of what he is to expect tonight. I respect Kelly and any other option would be unthinkable but I want to see what's he gonna do when Nard breaks on through to the mid-section and roughs him up in that phone boot. Kelly will not have the mindset to change the pattern of the fight and, therefore, Hopkins's legs and energy don't get wasted and both reach the finish line. I predict a close UD for either way or even a draw.

Floyd Mayweather can fight Old School in the pocket, shoulder roll upper body movement..standing infront of a fighter and still making them miss then hitting them back.

Bernard Hopkins is not Old School, he never has been.

James Toney said it himself recently, Bernard Hopkins is not old school.
