Opinion, he can goes to the States and pick up a payday then become a two weight World Champ.

But Woods wont be champ anymore if he fights Johnson again whos his mandatory

Yeah I'd love to see him fight Clinton Woods. At this point I reckon Clinton would have a better chance of beating Joe than Hopkins.

Obviously once Hopkins is beaten the best fighter in the division would be Dawson but i reckon it would make more money if it were Woods, plus Warren knows he would 100% beat hime so fight would get made.

Calzaghe would beat Woods in 6 rounds Kessler is a bigger puncher than woods and hopkins

I think a Woods fight is a waste of time. It does nothing to enhance his legacy (except I guess become a 2 weight world champ) And he would make more fighting Jones, shot or not, its a great name to have on a resume

Hopkins at Yankee stadium , Dawson at the Garden and then Woods at the millenium/Jones in Vegas .

Joe can manage 3 fights in 12 months once his hands hold up .

i agree there....woods is a titlist even the people of sheffield do not get excited about. apart from becoming an official two weight champ i don't think woods does anything for joe's legacy.

not entirely sure who else he should fight after hopkins though...maybe "bad" chad.

Thats my take on it. Jones is shot but it's still a good name and the money will there. Woods does nothing of Calzaghe at this point.

has everyone forgot the last time Woods was challenged by Calzaghe on live TV?

The presenter took Woods by surprise & cheekily anounced- "Clinton, we have Joe on the phone & he wants to talk to you"

a shocked Woods face dropped & turned white in a millisecond, & he said "get that phone away from me, I dont want to talk to him!" or words to that effect.

Clinton bottled it big time. Theres no way he will fight Calzaghe.

Would you after watching Calzaghe do that ?

I'm sure Clinton would change his mind once he sees what the fight could do for his bank account .
