So say Hopkins gets himself up to 200-205lbs and in decent shape, ala how he went up to 175 and looked the goods.

Do you see either Arreola or Chambers beating him? I don't. Neither guy is powerful enough to have the advantage that most HW's have over lighter fighters, I think Hopkins would just counter them all day and work his way to a pretty easy decision.

    What do you guys think?

Anything's possible I suppose although we take for granted the gap between heavyweight and the divisions below it as the heavyweight division is a different animal. Hopkins wanted Maskaev a few years back when he was champ but that may have been just talk.

If Roy Jones did it, why count B-Hop out?

Arreola would stretch him out. This is silly.

Thats true, but the lack of talent level and skill set is equally as great when comparing Hopkins to the likes of fat ass Arreola and disease ridden Chagaev.

b-hop is too old to gain that much weight and be effective, he'd get up to 185 max

I wouldn't even mention B-Hop's age as a factor. Winning a decision against Valuev might be impossible:good

I'm not doubting Hopkins's ability one bit. That's an exercise in futility as the guy is absolutely driven by silencing his critics.

I know you weren't, I just think some people think size means everything, when reality the smaller more skilled fighter usually beats the much slower, but bigger fighter. Alot of times in the gym they will throw a heavyweight in with a guy 168, 179, who really does know what he's doing, just to see how he deals with the difference in speed and overall better skill set. I can't tell you how many times I seen the big guy taken school and made to look stupid.

Are you ****ing ******ed, Hopkins can't make 200lbs especially at his age. Arreola and Chambers would simply roll over him because Hopkins cannot hurt him. You say Hopkins can beat Chambers are you ****ing kidding? Chambers is faster than Hopkins at heavyweight. He won't even beat Chad Dawson at 175lbs, let alone beat the top American heavyweights.

Hopkins is too old to make this kind of jump and have success.

There is a difference between sparring secession in the gym and actually fighting a top heavyweight. If that were the case, then Chad Dawson can beat Eddie Chambers at heavyweight.
