Bernard Hopkins, wins over the following.

    Trinidad - Welterweight
    De la Hoya - Welterweight
Wright - Super-Welter fighting at LIGHT HEAVY
Tarver - Was never p4p or rated by anyone with half a brain

Where are all these world class middleweights that people say hopkins fought ?

In comparison to Joe Calzaghe's resume. Joe has beaten a top5 SMW ATG in Chris Eubank. And has beaten 3 fighters who were considered to be the number1 contenders in the division at the time (Reid, Lacy, Kessler).

Joe has taken on the best competition in his division, REAL SMW's, REAL CHALLENGERS.

Hopkins' 20 defences came from fighting welterweights about 10 times and fighting robert allen about 10 times.

As soon as Old Popkins fought a REAL MIDDLEWEIGHT contender he lost. Twice. Jermain ****ing Taylor who got outboxed by Corey Spinks, another welterweight, outworked and outjabbed Hopkins all night.

    Excellent points.

It is irrefutable that Hopkins is a bully boy that handpicks smaller men. He's like the big kid in the playground that steals every ****s dinner money. Unfortunately the game is up, and he is going to get his ass handed to him by the great Joe Calzaghe if he ever stops being a ****** all his life.

I tire of smashing this ridiculous theory to bits.

Go watch boxing and learn something about the sport and maybe I will waste my time.

I also find it funny on how you were discreditting Kessler leading up to the Calzaghe fight, now you suddenly have taken to discreditting Hopkins......hmmmmm, I smell an agenda...

Calzaghe... now there's a man who always faced the toughest opposition. He would never face someone from a lower weightclass. Cough *Manfredo* cough :blood

Great work picking out the shittest opponent he's faced

He's faced genuine SMW's for the majority of his career

Hopkins is a bully, irrespective of how skilled the fighters were, they were smaller giving him a huge advantage

    Thus says TFFP :hat

Oh please. I don't care about Hopkins but criticizing Hopkins for handpicking his opponents and then saying Joe Calzaghe of all people is better at that aspect was ... kinda funny.

No matter how SMW most of Calzaghe's opponents were, they were stiffs, giving him a huge advantage.

    Two can play that game.

    Exactly

And look at Marvin Hagler as well...Hearns (welterweight), Duran (lightweight), Antuofermo (light middleweight), Mugabi (light middleweight)

How about a game of boxing

When Hopkins stops running like a girl that is

He is afraid the great Joe Calzaghe will have him in an early retirement home, eating mushed up burgers through a tube

So you wouldn't call getting dropped 5 times in the course of 1 fight looking foolish?

I'd be very much interested in that. I'm not sure who would win, nor would I care much I'm not a fan of either fighter.

Right. Joe couldn't crack an egg with his best powerpunch.

TARVER didn't just beat a HOFer on the decline RJJ...he wiped out the division and BHOP tapped that azz. Hop cleaned 160 and lost controversially twice to JT, thanks to HBO. Winky and DLH would of been more interesting @lower weights. Trinidad stormed through 154 with his *granite left hook and stopped Joppy @ 160 AND took some shots and remained sturdy. TITO was legit @160.

*granite left hook and/or granite hand wrap...your choice

Try telling the 'Viking Warrior' that

He was saved by the ref after a single shot, just as Joe was about to open a big fat can of Welsh woop ass
