Hopkins-Calzaghe....I smell a "CONTROVERSIAL DECISION"!!!!

    I am not talking about a decision where one guy wins 9 rounds and still loses. I am talking about one of those fights where one guy lands and throws more punches (Joe), while the other guy lands the more accurate.. maybe even better punches (Bernard).

    I am an American rooting for Calzaghe because I hate Bernard Hopkins. If Joe KO's him, I would be the happiest man on earth (Besides you Calzaghe jockholders....:D :lol: Just Kidding)!

    BTW, Hopkins in a "controversial decision", where it may even warrant a rematch.

    Look guy if that make you feel better to say this kind of stuff then so be it. But what really is the problem here??? I think that you are pulling for Joe which you admitted, but your head is telling you that Hopkins is going to win. So now your setting it up so when it happens you can make a claim about a robbery. What happens if Hopkins stops Joe?? Will it then be because the ref let Hop rough him up, or the corner post knocked him out ala Hatton.

    I dont understand why so many people here take these fights personally, as if you have something at risk..Why not just enjoy the fight, and this great run that boxing is on?? Why do we have to start this kind of crap, its kinda like you either want Joe to win or its controversial. Its so disrespectful to a HOF fighter like Hopkins to say that he can only win because of some dirty dealing.

    Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of either fighter (especially Hopkins). This is just the way I see it going.

    20 punches a round. With pretty good precision.....well at least in his senior citizen years.

    JC has everything going for him in this fight....minus the location. You honestly think Bernard can win this one?? JC could easily get the tko in this one.....just see the Manfredo fight, and then realize that BHop will be HALF that active

    If Joe C doesnt dominate a 43 yr old man and its close and controversial tough ****! if he is as good as they make him out to be and he's the superior man, it should be a thorough ass wipping. Anything less and he leaves the door open for contrversey is his fault. .

    The best boxer EVER. Ok kidding, maybe that was a bad analagy but my point is that JC is going to completely overwhelm senior citizen BHop. 20 punches per round vs 80-100 (with a granite chin to boot). This is an easy pick people. I don't have the time to really get into it right now, but I would be willing to bet on a lifetime ban for this fight
