Which is why the vast majority scored for Calzaghe . I think when your in the minority it should tell you something
atsch, along with round 11, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 117-111 to Calzaghe, I stopped being kind to Hopkins by giving him a share of round 7 to appease his bias fans :smoke
shut up cobbler. michiganwarrior is a much more legtimate poster than you. you're just a groupie fanboy.
Who am I a groupie fanboy of today? Well done on only taking two months to come up with that witty retort to my post though, top work.
Nope, Calzaghe didn't hardley win any of the early rounds and Hopkins clearly landed more cleaner punches and efftive work. Agression don't mean **** if the other guy is landed the cleaner shots, and neither does work rate, and Calzaghe missed too many punches in that fight to win. The fact of the matter is a 43Yr. old Hopkins beat Calzaghe at his best and Hopkins was about an 8 from a 1-10 scale. And Calzaghe didn't even want a rematch cause he knows hisself he loss. And btw, this is a euorpean website and Joe is from Europe, so of course people on this site is gonna say that.
Calzaghe may have flapped and missed many punches, but he did also land more than Hopkins and Hopkins missed more punches in % than Calzaghe . Calzaghe clearly beat Hopkins and even if this a European website it has a heavy amount of American posters on it, and the judges who scored the fight werent European now, were they? No. Calzaghe didnt have to rematch Hopkins, he clearly won and made Hopkins look poor. Its a sweeter victory that way also. But if so many people think Hopkins was shot, why would they want a rematch, and why the excitement surrounding Hopkins fight with Pascal :huh. Calzaghe beat Hopkins nearer the end of his career than nearer the end of Hopkins :smoke
