Hopkins/Calzaghe Video Footage

I want Calzaghe to win, and Hopkins is a twat for saying what he did, but in that video, Calzaghe is owned. Hope it doesn't play a part in the fight....Calzaghe looked a bit silly. Rule number 1 of arguing, never argue with an idiot (Hopkins), he will bring you down to his level and beat you on experience.

I like both but have ALWAYS felt that calzaghe would beat hopkins no matter when they fought but especially now.

If joe say what hop said except used the term `black boy` you would have all sorts of ****s on his case.

Hopkins has always had a big mouth & has in the past used it to avoid fights so I think joe is doing the only think possible to get hopkins in the ring & dont be suprised if it still doesnt work.

I dont usually root against either fighter but Im with the better fighter in this 1.... calzaghe.

I hope he shows this old guy that white boys can fight very well & I think he will.

Actual points:
1. Joe slaps - I agree, but that is besides the point. What you are trying to imply is that because he slaps, he is inferior - which he is not. His slaps are heavy enough to rock the best from SMW. Don't forget that your guy is a MW originally. And that JC punches often.
2. Joe is stationary - Which is ludicrous. Although Joe is happy to trade punches with people, he is by no means stationary, and is quite capable of employing evasive manoeuvers.

The rest of your contribution consisted in insinuations of homosexuality, a reference to his skincolour (nice), and allegations that there is a correlation between skincolour and punching-style (even better).

Now, this does not offend me, as it is so blatantly stupid. I agree that Calzaghe needs B-Hop more than B-Hop needs Cal. JC is going for fame and money fights by now. He does need an american ATG on his resume. I just don't think that B-Hop would be able to beat Calzaghe at this point in his career.

Calzaghe has more title defenses, hopkins only has belts at middleweight unless you include IBO which he won at LH and how does that make him an ATG and Joe not one?

The best fighter Hopkins fought (RJJ) beat him and all the other top fighters he fought were blown up welterweights.
