Well it might help with gate, if they can stack it like they did on Ortiz-Mayweather with Latino fighters. Not so much for increasing the popularity of either guy though, neither guy has a connection to SoCal.

Los Angeles fans always seem to pack the places up. When I used to live in the LA area year ago I saw many fights at the Forum. Forum Boxing.

Cali really packs the fans at big events. Hopefully Hops and Dawson really bring it and give the fans a good show.... although I doubt it based on their two styles.

This will rival Bradley v Alexander for tickets sold.

They gotta fill the undercard with a lot Golden Girl HypeJobs to fill the Staples Center. Both guys (BHOP, Dawson) are effective but boring as hell!

why would you put this fight in california. one guy is for Philly PA and the other guy is from Hartford. Why put this fight in L.A.

It is just stupid. Here something from left field, how about Philly.

Dawson dosn't look like his old self, the one that boxed circles around Adamek. He just dosn't seem to have the energy and hunger. In his last fights against Diaconou & Pascal he looked slow and lethargic.
