Hopkins should be more accurate than anybody

He throws 5 punches and 2 headbutts a round. If you wait that long for openings you should find the target 50% of the time

Thats the key point in that sentence........AGAINST WINKY.......that dude is hard to hit as hell.

Dont get me wrong Kessler is a damn good fighter.....very good..but he is not on Hopkins level..let alone Calzaghes.

I sure hope ur right. The sooner Hops retires for good the better off boxing will be.

BTW, Im not hating on the dude. He is an ATG in my book easy, but at this point in his long career he is almost unwatchable with his snail pace style.

Id love to see Cal win and face Pav. . . if he can get by Taylor again.

I agree. Also Taylor is getting KTFO again :yep.

Calzaghe does not match up well with Pavlik however, I like Pavlik and do not want to see him get destoyed. I would rather see Joe fight Dawson.

It will be the first time Calslappy fights A-class fighter and maaaan he will be exposed. It will be very simillar to Winky and Eastman matches.

Its so funny how people that Taylor was easily out boxing Pavs before the stoppage....

If JT boxes safe and smart he will beat Pavlik.

I wouldnt count Taylor out so quickly, the dude was within a hair of stopping Pav . . . if the weight drain did cause lack of cardio we might see him get his title back.

I agree that Pav would be a nightmare for Cal, but if they both win its the best fight at 168 for boxing.

Im hoping Coffee can upset Dawson, I really didnt like the way he finished his fight with Adamek with a wimper.

There was never a time when Hopkins would have been a smart choice in thiis match-up. Calzaghe has always been the better boxer and far more dominant.

And at this stage of Bernard's career, his chances have not gotten any better.

A stoppage is very possible, but more likely, i think there will be a shutout UD.

I had it 4-2 Taylor....just because Pavlik hits harder means he was winning????

No he was landing the harder punch's. I could have seen 3-3 also. But had Pavlik up. No way he was "easily outboxing" Pavlik.

Also I suggest you rewatch the Winky vs Hopkins fight if you think Winky was hard to hit in it. :good
