Stage 2 - Ricky Hatton "What did he hit me with?"

Stage 1 - Kermit Cintron "He headbutted me!"

Stage 3 - "****er kicked me in the head when I slipped"

B-Hop is telling the truth, Hatton did not see the punch because Manny was to quick.

No, if you look at the replay you can see him clearly see and brace himself for the punch... what Hopkins is trying to say here is that Hatton simply didn't remember the punch he got hit with because he lost consciousness when he got hit.

    Yeah.

And even if he did see the punch coming, some people dont remember things that happened just before and just after they suffered some violent head trauma. Like amnesia.

I had a bad accident to the head before, when I was younger. I was knocked out cold, and up to now, I still cant remember the things that happened to me after the accident.

Who actually cares what Hopkins says?

This is the same man that claimed he performed an execution on Calzaghe in the post fight interview!

he actually didnt. I saw an interview where he sed manny is too fast and powerfull and hatton will lose. on the weigh in he was forced to pick hatton and even then he sed he picks hatton because hes a team player, and not becuase he thinks hatton is better

tbh hatton will probably never remember the punch that hit him, I woke after getting ko'ed once and dont even remember fighting.

thats true and its also a fact. your short term memory is 12-18 seconds if you get knocked out and dont have time to register it into your long term memory then u will never remember.

Obviously, as his memory is so bad after getting KTFO, this is the reason Hatton has to keep mentioning himself as 'Ricky Hatton' all the time in interviews.
