Larry Holmes faced more undefeated fighters in Title fights, but they were similar quality to Wlad opposition

Tito opposition had big names, which emphasizes Hopkins KO of Undefeated Tito himself

Hopkins might have popped Cloud's cherry but the blood was all over Campillo's dick. Same goes for Trinidad with Oscar.

You people make such a big deal out of fighting champions, ignoring the fact that there are 68 available belts to make a paper "champion" in 17 weight classes - not including the minor international/ intercontinental interim super champions

If a fool like Broner or Malignaggi is a 2 division champ - despite beating absolutely no one that is remotely close to elite - what's the value of beating a champ?

Look beyond the belt and record, they don't mean that much on their own

that being said, Trinidad was great, Pavlik and Johnson were pretty good wins for Hopkins

Don't ever mention the ukrainian heavyweight's name or his brothers alongside an all-time great heavyweight like Holmes

    Tito was a welterweight...............

Vlad fought many undefeated fighters, he fought for the WBO championship, WBA championship, IBF championship, IBO, Ring, not to mention many undefeated contenders. Vlad also won the gold medal back in 1996...............

Very true, the judges would have scored the fight for Hopkins even if he was losing. Shumenov never had a boxing lesson, no trainer, very few fights. Kovalev would have knock Shumenov out in the first round, so would Stevenson, but Hopkins refused to fight Kovalev when Kovalev was Hopkins' mandatory, and Stevenson ran to Showtime to avoid Kovalev. Dawson beat Hopkins, Calzaghe, Taylor, Jones, etc. Hopkins wants to fight Void..........

Lol scorecard of 7-5 shumenov is quite possibly one of the worst scorecards of all time

Ike Ibeabuchi popped 2 high level cherriesa (David Tua and Chris Byrd) in his 20 fight career. who knows many undefeated fighters he would have beaten had he not gone to prison.
