Probably because you're a hater too. It's easy to nitpick ANYONE'S resume by only focusing on the negatives.

LOL. A GGG and Kovalev fan saying BHOP The Legend is overrated. Only on ESB, the boxing site of Gimps.

I agree.I try to picture Hopkins in with say a prime Hagler and I can never picture Hopkins beating a Hagler.

He can't deal with guys that are fast and move well. Very fast fighters bother him the most. Roy Jones, Calzaghe, Jermaine Taylor, Chad Dawson. All fast and have good movement, who is the slowest of those guys? Probably Taylor, maybe that's why those fights were closer. Kovalev seems good, but he doesn't have the style to beat Hops. I can see him beat him obviously through brute force since he's so much younger and, of course, the power.

It's not that hard to picture that.true 50/50 fight in their primes.

Hopkins is underrated if something here.

Late 90's and early 2000's B-Hop would give hell to any MW ever lived on this planet.

Now this man is little bit over 10yrs after his prime doing history at 15pounds higher.man is simply amazing.one of the all time greats.Hopkins is rewriting the history.

And remember 3/4 those were when Hopkins was past 40 and his speed was dimished already, and workrate slowed down.that's the only reason they could win.

I would have wanted to see Jones Jr. Rematch in late 90's.Hopkins was still learning the game when they first fought 93.

Are you talking about the decent middleweights back then or now because he beat all the ones in his reign. Now if you would be so kind as to name the decent ones you're talking about and match them up to the names of the so called bums that Hopkins beat then that would give one a better understanding of what you're talking about. Now, if you can't or you're unwilling to do that, your whole statement is just an opinion and you what's said about opinions.
