Via Dan Rafael: Update: @THEREALBHOP went to hospital. Was diagnosed with a dislocation of the joint that connects the collar bone to the shoulder blade. Can people just admit if this was any other fighter than Bernard Hopkins people would not be doubting him? This was clearly a no contest. I am positive it will be reversed. Nothing happened in the fight. Dawson had landed one clean punch, Hopkins landed one clean punch, then the fight was over. No contest. Update: Further confirmation from: Kevin Iole Hopkins suffered a dislocation of the AC joint, which connects the collarbone and shoulder blade, said Dr Sam Thurber. #boxing Kevin Iole Hopkins was examined by Dr Sam Thurber after the fight at the California Hospital Medical Center in LA I know we have many medical experts on ESB who can diagnose injuries via television based on the time their buddy hurt himself in a basketball game, so this is almost useless, but there you go. If you are at all honest it's clear this was a no contest. I should know better, but I'm disappointed that people are so silly. Here is the link to the Doctor's diagnosis: http://twitpic.com/7152sk
Yeah a doctor said it so it must be true. http://www.ourcivilisation.com/medicine/usamed/deaths.htm Its bull**** no matter how many quacks they front up to the media.
if there is a rematch it better be free on HBO or showtime. i doubt anyone would pay for a ppv match after this BS
This fight is going to be overturned. California has done it before, such as when Toney-Rahman II was changed from a TKO to a no contest. There is absolutely no justification for this being a TKO, and even the lunatics who think he faked it, after nothing had happened in the fight, should believe the doctors.
dude his shoulder is not dislocated!!!! their was no sign of dislocation.... it doesnt have to be all the way out but it's always visible if it's dislocated!
Where exactly was the diagnosis I gave you ****wit? If you can't see the point I was making then you're ******ed.
Is that Hopkins twitter? That ain't a real confirmation... Let's give it some time before we say it's a real injury...
