Fact remains, Floyd has STILL yet to have a career defining fight, or a fight where there was a legit threat of him losing. Prime Pac was that though, too bad it never happened. That was supposed to be Floyd's defining fight and he let it go. That is sad and really a slap in the face to hardcore fans.

I always get a chuckle out of how the same people who call Mayweather's resume garbage turn around get all butthurt when people are critical of the resume of fighters like Golovkin or Kovalev.

Lol strong bias is strong. Compare the fighters on resume side by side with the other legends and not even close.

Corrales was deinfitely a defining opponent, its just a shame it came so early in his career and hasnt been matched since.

But you cant really fualt someone for facing down that utter beast.

Yes I am counting that fight against him. He wasn't shot and there is no reason to believe that fight would of played out any differently if it had taken place at a earlier point.
    Joppy
    Notable wins: Eastman
    Notable losses: Trinidad, Hopkins, Taylor
    Joppy was nothing special
Tito was a puncher with limited boxing ability. At the lower weights that was enough, but at the higher weights against guys with a good defense he was out of his depth. I doubt if he could of even beaten Jermain Taylor

I agree. Pac has a better resume than Hopkins as well

    Mayweather
    Pac
    Hopkins

Hopkins' wins will look better because he is an old *******, when really Pac and May have been boxing for just as long.

The Roy Jones, Calzaghe, Dawson and Taylor losses certainly hurt him.
