    Kessler would be easier work than Tavoris Cloud . Kessler was just never that good . Cant see this fight be competitive at all . BHop frustrates the hell out of him .

    I don't agree with that man. Kessler is class. He's fast, powerful, and has much straighter punches than Froch. BHop doesn't want none of that.

    Everyone would look fast , powerful, great against Kesslers level of opposition . Bhop outpoints him in a easy fight . I even see Kessler tasting the canvas once or twice .

    Froch is better for resume and sure as hell isn't an easier fight, especially not for a 48 year old.

    If Bouadla, McGee and countless other bums signed the contract then Hopkins, even at 48, sure as hell won't mind.

    There's more money in fighting Froch I think.

    I'm a big fan of Froch and Bernard but if there's anything in this,Nard never considers an opponent that he doesn't see as beatable,and I often wondered if he'd go after Froch.
    Kessler also means little to anyone over there, and Bernard isn't the easiest sell as it is.
    Froch would lose sting at 175 though, so it would have to be at a maximum of 170.

    The only excuse anyone would need is "He's 50."

    A few reasons;

    1. A fight with Froch, especially in the UK, would make B-Hop more $$$$
    2. Although I think Froch will beat Kessler, stylistically for Hopkins I think Kessler would be a more difficult fight.
    3. Froch has a larger fan base and is more well known across the pond.

    Froch shouldn't take this though. If he wins, he'll get absolutely no recognition for "beating an old man".

    If he loses, once again he'll receive the "not as good as Joe" treatment as well as the "beaten by an old man".

    No win situation, Froch should steer clear.

    if it was a calzaghe thing,then he should fight cleverly in cardiff (millennium stadium) calzaghe would probably be ring side for that one.

    Kessler & Froch is way better than Pascal & Cloud, just because they come from Europe, doesn't mean that they cannot compete with americans. Both fighters have fought Ward, where Froch finished quite strong, the key to beat Bhop is simply to outwork him and not let him get inside where he can spoil. Ward is younger and better than Hopkins at this stage, if Hopkins can get inside then he can beat them both. But i think Froch can be a nightmare for Bernard, if he is busy and stays behind that jab, then i think Froch can outpoint Bhop and even hurt him. I love Bernard Hopkins, but these two boxers are defiantly better than anyone he has faced in years. Kessler is more smart now than before, with Montoya in the corner & with the experience from the Ward fight, he would be ready for Hopkins.
