If you think the most likely senario is a Jones UD, then if Calzaghe wins would he get credit from you, if u see Roy as the favourite?

No, you see the joe haters down play this fight as joe picking on an old man while they say joe will lose at the same time. That way when he wins( because he always does) then it saves them face because they said he was fighting no one anyway. Make sense?
Of course not. they're ignorant haters.

No once again something over your head...The point that alot of them are making is that Jones is old and shot, which he is, but at the same time they are saying that Joe isnt that good. so it wouldnt shock them if Jones beat him. However Jones is shot and they for the most part arent sure what Jones will show up.

Maybe if you're going to keep making ignorant posts while following me around, you should head over to the AOL chatroom and let men talk boxing.

    No, it's this:

Joe waits until Jones is over the hill before fighting him. So it's not really an indication of who is better than who. After all, Joe's just an old man. So even before the fight begins, Calzaghe cannot earn any respect.

But the hope is that Jones pulls out an upset so people can say that Joe was overrated all along.

This kind of endless back and forth between fans and haters is as boring and predictable as a morning crap.

    Reality check:

Joe Calzaghe is an exceptional fighter. B-Hop admitted he's a HOF'er and Jones acknowledges he's the best in the world today. And his record backs it up. Sure, you can go on about Joe not having fought this one, or staying in his backyard -- it's just a lot of BS. Joe's had a hell of a career and every single time he's stepped up to the plate, he's delivered. He's got great speed, underrated power and one of the strongest wills in the sport.

    At the same time...

RJJ is a legend. Pure and simple. Watch a vid compilation on YouTube and prepare to sit there with your mouth open for the whole time. His whole career is a highlight reel. There will never be anyone with the athleticism of Joe. He's the Jordan of boxing. Plain and simple.

So now two boxers get it on this Saturday, not to determine the best of all time, or the better legacy, or who SUCKS and who is GOOD, but simple to find out who is better right now. That's what you'll be seeing on Saturday. Don't put so damn much into it all.

You read it wrong. I said the most UNLIKEY scenario is a Jones UD. I can very well see a Calzaghe UD, Calzaghe stoppage via accumulation, or a Jones KO as he catches Calzaghe and takes him out, but it's hard for me to envision a Jones UD. But like anything in life, you never know. If Hopkins thinks it could be a Jones UD, you have to respect that opinion.

No, i would not give Calzaghe much credit for this win. RJJ has a chance but a small one. His hand speed and power is what's only left. And anytime you have that, you have to give a fighter a chance. But Calzaghe is clearly the favorite and should be.

I think the most likely scenario is that Jones stops Mr. Pat a Cakes.

Hopkins wants Jones to win because it will help his pockets...Joe isnt going to fight Hopkins again and Jones will...its that simple

Steve Kim said similiar things, he's picking Jones as well. I find it a little surprising they think Jones will be able to neutralize Calzaghe fairly easily. Calzaghe will make mistakes and leave himself open for counters, but the other half of the time he's doing a good solid job of finding ways to set up his attack, and Jones will have to be just as worried about that. Roy has to get alot of respect as quickly as possible - big emphasis on power punching.
