The holding on the inside, the elbows up in the face.

Calzaghe is a bigger legend of the two.

What a chidish situation we're all in... Every Godamn good fighter fights according to law and bends the rules whevener he needs to. It doesn't matter when they're faking it or doing it dirty - Cotto, Judah, Hopkins, Calzaghe, Holyfield, Barrera, John Doe or Jane Doe - what one should not do is cry about it like a ***** and that's what some are doin. Calzaghe-Hopkins is over and both have to live with it, or else go on and kill yourselves so that you don't have to live with anguish.

i had it 116-112 calzaghe, with rounds that could of gone either way. bernard was his usual 'hit them low when his back is to the ref' ways, he was landing multiple low blows so he is no angel, calzaghe took a dirty fight to a dirty fighter and it worked. i must of been the only person who saw b-hop hit calzaghe low on several occasions?

Calzaghe has beaten everyone he ever faced. Hopkins lost to every class fighter at his weight he ever faced, he beat up class dwarfs! Joe just jumped up a division and beat him is his back yard with 3 american judges.

    Ohhhh the irony.

Remember all the yanks saying that after this fight Calzaghe fans would be screaming foul about Hopkins because he would be so rough and dirty on the inside?

How they warned us not to use this as an excuse?

    Ohhhh the irony

Cash.....who at his own weight did he beat? That could be classed as an ATG? To me Kessler is still a much bigger win!

Oh my is my term too inclusive and general?

How about a substantial amount of Americans were warning us not to cry when Hopkins comes in with some rough stuff en route to a clear UD victory...

Now what do we have? This Cash geezer who was telling everyone who would listen back in 2006 that Lacy would have Calzaghe coming in and moaning about JC admitting to throwing a low blow against one of the dirtiest fighters in the sport today.

That is ironic. Especially considering the glee you guys had when PBF turned the tables on Hatton in December.

Goddam right. He oughta know his role and shut his goddam mouth. Intentional fouls. What did he think this was, a freakin' basketball game. Bernard to the line to shoot 2 and he retains possession of the ball.

Exactly, there were probably more American Calzaghe fans than Hopkins fans in the Thomas and Mack center.

Would you like me to rephrase it to Hopkins fans?

In this score I agree with you. The Old ******* doesn't have too many fans it seems - just a bunch of Calzaghe haters fighting his corner.
