Not surprised, the only name worth mentioning on his record. He's just trying to remind people that he has him on his record, even if Hopkins was 43 going in the fight.

    I don't think anyone gives a ****.

The only reason Calslappy said he was a legend is so it looks like he actually beat a legend, instead of a bunch of bartenders and candlestick makers like he did.

Hey mate, I think Calzaghe has lied and talked bull**** throughout his career same as you do, but in this instance I think he sounds genuine. When you're no longer in the fight game I'm guessing you don't feel the same rivalry and animosity for other pros, I think Calzaghe was most likely just being reflective. And I still believe that he thought he had been beaten by Hopkins that night before the cards were announced, and I still think he would rather have lost a limb than had to climb back into the ring with B-Hop, so I do think he probably rates him more in terms of ability than he has let on in the past. Good on Joe for making this comment IMO.

Nice to hear Joe give praise to B-Hop. They may not have got along when they faced each other but Joe knows class whne he sees it! Hopkins is a true legend of the sport.

I can't see him beating Haye, but with Bernard you just never know & you cannot fully count him out. If he were to beat Haye that would be extraordinary!
