I agree with you in a way

But I like the historical element of this fight, a win for Hopkins means that we lived to see the oldest guy to win a title. Its a marvelous feat, and he deserves all the respect if he manages to win, heck, he deserves respect just for being active at 45.

And a loss wont END Pascal's career, even though Nard has a track record of ruining careers. Pascal is still young and fresh that can further improve in time

I think its great to do it at the age he's doing it at.. it shows the advancements we as humans in general are able to attain now as far as longevity in lifespans goes. To me, a full life is living to atleast 90. with medicine now and if we take care of ourselves we can live a long enough life in general
