Chad is more talented. Both fights against Pascal were close.

Basically Bernard did what he wanted to do, he's running the shots here, not Gary Shaw because nobody is talking to him, not Chad dawson because he's being carried by Shaw, not the media that have only heard from the side that gave them news and that was dawson's side, Bernard's runnning the shots here and here what he has to say in resume and that is b'sides that this could be his last fight and that he's the last of a dyin breed of Walcott's and Charles of the past - here is what he's sayin: The other side was perfectly entitled to promote themselves and he had nothing to do with it but there were things that Shaw said about NJ that an intelligent person can make out of it... But not even in Jersey or AC or wherever, he would go back to the days when he was a 34 plus year old and that is brag about what other guys such as Allen, Echols and now Dawson do illegally. Then, there is only one thing left to say, he's okay, he's gonna show up and compete with this guy at his possible best which does not and I underline does not translate into numbers such as age. Period.

Yeah it has to do with that.:blood Thakfully for Taylor and especially Calzaghe its all good. It does not matter though. There is a way to beat Hopkins, and Dawson could have beat him 10 years ago.

I trust in Iole's words - Hopkins' foreknowledge and of course the art of war - "The Art of War." Tzu's line, "All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved"... But Iole or Tzu r irrelevant here, Bernard's ready to bust up this guy even if he was 60 and all Dawson can do is deal with it...

Hopkins thinks he is entitled to another level of respect. He has an arrogance about himself that he hasn't earned. Yeah, he's a good fighter and he's got a solid legacy but he isn't deserving of being put on the level that he thinks he belongs on. A journalist could ask him a question and his answer would be "who are you to question me?". He's not earned that. He's a pompous ***** who has a much higher opinion of himself than anyone else should have.

He's a good fighter. He's not the best active fighter in the world and he isn't the greatest active fighter in the world either.

I think his years of performing at en elite level (pro since 1988 ) show that he is entitled to a level of respect not 'another level' but respect that certain professional deserve especailly those who are winning Championships in their 40's only to have their heart questioned by bandwagon junkies.
