I can definetly see this happening, especially if Hopkins is ahead on points simply bec ause Pavlik is a bleeder. So don't be shocked if it happens.
He usually bleeds from the mouth and especially the nose.Usually no cuts so I don't think so but Bernard has a great left headbutt so...
Hopkins' head has more chances of causing that than anything else..and when B-Hop starts getting too tired from the pace, 6-7 rounds into it, Pavlik's balls may also take a beating...
