 Please tell me how the **** Hopkins-Calzaghe or Hopkins-Wright, two of the biggest stinkers in recent memory, are comparable to Zale-Cerdan and Marciano-Walcott I, two fights that won fight of the year? What's really amazing is your level of comprehension, or lack thereof, and propensity for putting words in peoples mouth. Spare me the bull****.

No disrespect to Antwuan ( never have I put words in Antwuan's mouth just for the record) but all old school fighters Zale, Cerdan, Walcott and Marciano punched and clinched as much... It's not Bernard's fault that people don't like to see it but that's what you should do to drive your shots home and avoid being outpunched by a faster swinging opponent... Hops-Calz and Hops-Wink were two highly technical contests ( as expected) and I doubt there are many skilled strategists such as these two in boxing today... But since my level of comprehension is said to be amazingly low, I simply leave it there and hope to learn something here and there.

Looks like a rematch with Jones is 100%, he can't be serious about a fight with Trinidad.

Yeah but we're talking about a rematch(a fight he won one-sidedly when both were younger) with Tito coming off a major loss recently to RJJ, you think the fans will still buy that despite all those facts?

RJJ would school him again for sure especially after seeing Hopkins diminished stamina in the Calzaghe fight. If Calzaghe was able to hit the old man, Jones will too and Jones doesn't play Patty-cake, he actually closes his fists when he throws :bbb

Agreed (seeing as a Calzaghe rematch is not in the cards).

Hopkins would beat them both on the same night.

Roy Jones is shot to ****. Let's make no mistake, his stamina is just as horrible as Hopkins, thats why he fights 30 seconds a round. He got tagged too much against Trinidad early on, that shouldn't happen to a supposedly elite LHW fighting a fat welterweight coming out of retirement. The reflexes are gone, Hopkins will take advantage. The fight did nothing to enhance either of their reputations. Hopkins is still fighting at a B+ level minimum, he fought well against Calzaghe

    He should not fight Tito.

Roy Jones vs Bernard Hopkins II

    Jones by split decision
