Everybody knows that,iy was on the tale of the tape.180 to 174.Anyway no one is gonna believe Jack Loew now anyway cuz ''he just lost a fight, not his titles, because he didn't double up on the jab and didn't hit'em iin the balls like Calzaghe''

Pavlik's taking a real bashing on here lately, I guess his fans are to blame really, but come on, he was facing Hopkins. Too much is made of Hops age, personally if he's not what you'd call prime, then what does it mean? He outworked the 26 kid who has more stamina than a Kenyan marathon runner, he out slicked and out smarted him. Props to Hopkins, credit to Kelly for taking the fight he didn't have to.

All the excuses take away from what was Hopkins showing the world he's not done, forget the weight, they both weighed in at a 170lb limit, so who cares? If Hopkins had lost then you can say he came in too heavy and it cost him... bull****, they both weighed 170 on the Friday, so they were the same then, the rest is immaterial

I really like Pavlik, but damn - he lost and that's it.

He thought he was stronger than Hopkins, more skilled, and was going to knock him out. He got dominated and that's the end of the story.

The 13 pounds is based on a mistake by "The Cleveland Plain Dealer," and a couple of other newspapers.
