Otis Grant already fought there in the 90' and GYM use to have a couples of events at the Lac Leamy Casino in the early 2000! But i doubt that Pascal is more popular in Ottawa then Quebec!
Have it in Montreal for christ's sake, its starting to get the recognition it finally deserves so keep it going.
This says it's going to be in Quebec City. http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=5581708
The Olympic Stadium is closed during winter, there something broken on the roof. There's nothing indoors that could hold 15,000 or more people other than the Bell Center.
i think it would be great to have the fight in montreal and let the canadians play in quebec, im sure the ppl in quebec city would be happy.... im guessing tickets will be similar to the dawson fight....90-120 for the cheap seats, and 500-2000 for ringside/close up....
The Canadiens are playing on the road that night. The Bell Centre isn't available because the Cirque du Soleil or some other circus will be in town that night.
