First of all, you are a racist maggot whose opinion doesn't count for much.

I don't BELIEVE anything. I BELIEVE in REASONABLE requests. Asking for more stringent drug testing BEFORE a fight is contracted is REASONABLE. Screaming about it like a chick AFTER the fight is negotiated is BS. In either case though they are NOT lawsuit worthy violations as PEDs are a known quantity in sports.

STFU. Imagine I did? Then I would have had to have my credentials checked when I requested a secret clearance and, every time I looked for a job, I would have had to present a resume, provide my ID, and then the employer would run background checks, checked my previous employment, checked my salary history, and checked my credit. Oops! That is exactly what happens you idiot! :deal

If you are a PROFESSIONAL [insert occupation] you should not only EXPECT, but WELCOME people asking for you to provide credentials showing that you are who you say you are and can do what they expect you to be able to do. Any PROFESSIONAL who CAN'T/WON'T should NOT be trusted. You moron.

No, I wouldn't. It happens to me every time I change jobs, open an investment account, and buy any financed big ticket item (house, car, etc...). So either you are too dumb to realize that this goes on CONSTANTLY in your life or you are too much of a low level piece of crap to ever have had your credentials challenged. :think

Now you guess which of those two options I am going with? :hey

He was so graceful and respectful to Pascal after the fight and now he decides to go forward with a lawsuit....:-(

I know it's like a hobby to sue others in the States but it makes him look like a real hyppocrit to sue Pascal after being as friendly after it was over...

If he sues Pascal for that, Pascal had already said in the media that he would sue Hops for threatening to kill him in the ring.

Unlike Mayweather, Pascal never said Hopkins must be on something or that his performance was suspicious. He only asked for tests and when Hops said **** off, then Pascal asked why.

It isn't. Pascal signed the contract THEN asked. If Pascal was concerned he should have canceled the fight. So I am not in the least siding with Pascal in principal, but I think Hopkins is going over the top with this nonsense.

OK Hopkins, you have opened the door to ANY hyperbolic unprovable statement issued in the run up of a fight to be "sue worthy". It is complete BS.

Unfortunately, you will always find a lawyer to take up the cause for $xxx per hour.

It's all ****ing the same. Can't you get it? The crackheads just said it directly while Pascal just insinuating by asking Hop to take the test which is basically accusing someone without enough proof. But if you watch the press con Pascal actually said the word cheat or cheater...

That's not the intention of the suit. It's not to prove he's clean. It's to punish people who make statements to the public that could damage your reputation, image, or earning abilities.

:patsch Get the **** outta here with thast **** *******.

Reasonable, for your ONE boxer you watch, would have been to go through the NSAC with the demands for extra testing. As if you weren't already the worst of the Floyd fanatics, and that's saying A LOT, believe me, but that just shows more no one take you serious. Ever. Because you aren't serious, and you just aren't rational or consistent.

Imagine you accomplished what Hopkins has and someone brushes it off with "PEDs."

It doesnt have to be written, it can be verbal. The main issue is if it damages hopkins reputation.

Pascal could always argue the defence of truth but he'd have to prove it. Otherwise Hopkins can just show it damages his reputation hence his wording "i've been damaged". This is based on UK law but I would hazard a guess that Canadian law is very similar.

Pointless arguing with this moron ...

He follows Mayweather to the tee... He is doing the same thing Mayweather is doing now... claiming people are racist, that's why they don't like him... It has nothing to do with Mayweather being black, it has to do with Mayweather being a *****.

He has every right to sue Pascal. If you don't think that's defemation of character, what is?
