Hopkins RJJ round by round

    Round 2 Hopkins
    Still not a lot of action. Jones already falling back to the ropes and looking slow. Hes cut on the left eye and fighting with his hands very low. Jones seemed to get hurt a little.

    Round 2 goes to Hopkins.

    All Jones did was jab and a lead left hook (which missed).
    Hopkins was much more active, even pushed him back to the ropes with a right hand.

    Round 3 Hopkins barely

    Jones looks like a sitting duck with his hands very low and he looks very slow. Hopkins cant pull the trigger either. Both guys look like total garbage. Jones really needs to keep his hands up.

    Another Hopkins round.
    If Jones was little hurt in Round 2 he seems fine now.

    Hopkins throwing some nice one two's.
    Jones HAS to throw punches.

    Round 4 Hopkins barely again

    Jones trying all his old tricks but in slow motion. Hopkins is coming forward Jones is trying to catch him with the little check hook thats not working really.

    Round 4 to Hopkins.

    Dug some good body punches in the first part of the round.
    Jones finally opens up in the last 40 seconds, but to no avail.

    Round 5 Jones
    Hopkins fighting dirty hitting low headbutting and leaning on Jones. Jones landed the cleanest punch of another **** round. Jones just cant pull the trigger and Hopkins is really tenative. Terrible low blow that wasnt seen.

    Hopkins got a blatant low blow when the ref was blindsided. Hopkins near 4-1 for me.

    Round 5 for Jones

    Jones threw a couple of lead rights but none landed.
    Hopkins was content to hold for most of the round, with Jones throwing multiple uppercuts.
    Hopkins doing some nice bodywork near the end of the round.
