Hopkins RJJ round by round

    Anarci... out of the entire 12 rounds maybe 60 seconds total could be called quality. Hopkins played it safe...and Roy did not even try

    Well, Jones is the only one, bar the guy in his debut, that really beat him in his opinion. Maybe that got into his head. It sounds as if he was desperate at least.

    So, Hopkins finally looked his age?

    Yes big time. I think Hopkins should retire. He really was way out of character. You could really see how far Jones was gone. When a fighter starts to skip and wobble on his feet like Jones was doing it was clear his legs are totally gone. The fact that Hopkins couldn't capatilize on that should be a clear indication that he should stop himself. He's going to rewatch that fight and be very embarrassed. I think he did more damage to his legacy than helping it by fighting, fouling and acting like he did.
