For those of you questioning B-Hop

When asked by the ref could he continue, Hopkins said "Yeah, with one hand"

That's a worrior who didn't quit, listen to the tape and put yourself in a guys shoes who just got slammed to the canvas and left you with a dis-located shoulder....c'mon.

Hopkins was totally screwed on this decision, horrible decision that will be over-turned if there is any justice in boxing.

Hopkins will still be champ at the end of this, and rightfully so.

Yeah it was clearly rhetorical. It was more like "With one hand... you crazy?"

In Hopkins' defense he did say he would continue with one arm. He should have never whined abt looking at his shoulder tho. I guess the ref felt like he didn't want to continue. Ref dropped the ball on this one.

See fighters who want to continue fighting lie about an injury. Like George Foreman said during one of Mayweather's fights. If you break your hand, suck it up and try to hide it. When the ref/doctor comes and squeezes it and asks you how does it feel, you answer back saying, Great!

Or Margarito who was almost guessing how many fingers the doctor was holding up vs Pacquiao

agreed. good post. both margarito and bernard have different mindsets tho. bernard would take a win any way he can get it. margarito would prefer to knock your block off or get his own block knocked off trying.
