Hopkins-Shumenov does 760,000 viewers

    Looks like the Hopkins-Shumenov fight averaged 760,000 viewers down from his Murat fight of 1 million.

    Porter-Malignaggi averaged 897,000 and Quillen-Konency 622,000. The Pac-Bradley replay on HBO averaged 689,000 viewers.

    The fight was going up against a replay of PPV fight. Not surprising numbers really. No Pac-Bradley replay and you get 1 million plus viewers.

    Kovalev did over a million in his last fight. Wonder how that racist Hopkins would explain that away?

    Just answered my own question. Kovalev must have drawn more viewers because of racism.

    you can't directly compare HBO and Showtime's numbers. The only fighters that have done over a million views on free Showtime were Canelo, Broner, Cotto. Danny Garcia and Hopkins

    Makes me wonder about the numbers Stevenson-Hopkins will do.
