His middleweight title reign was littered with very poor opponents and he`s only won 3 of his last 9 fights.

In his 30s he fought smaller men. In his 40s he was roided. He was obviously quite skilled, but there has to be an asterisk over his whole career.

Trolling plain and simple. His middleweight reign was filled with opponents that Golovkin would love to have on his resume. At least Hopkins had some tough blue collar contenders to defend against. Golovkin has pure scrubs. He's also 4-3-0-1 in his lats 9 fights. Four wins not three.

More trolling. In his 30s he often weighed less than his opponents in the ring. In his 40s you have no actual evidence he ever roided.

Not trolling. In his 30s he was a light heavyweight who fought at middleweight. He managed to get his weight down about fifteen pounds by diet and exercise which is within the rules, but he was still fighting naturally smaller men whatever he or they happened to weigh on fight night. In his 40s the only possible way he could have competed like he did was with drugs. That's my evidence. That and what Pavlik and Pascal said about signing non-disclosure agreements about him using PEDs and letting him fight without being tested. Keep living in fantasy land, kid. It's probably very nice there, where all the boxers are clean and ***** tastes like lollipops.

He is overrated. Dirty as hell too and depended on it to win fights. He was a very skilled fighter without doubt though. He just doesn't have impressive wins, it's mostly his longevitiy. I actually find him beating guys like Pascal and Cloud at an advanced age more impressive than most of his wins in his prime. The only greats he beat were coming up to fight him.

The Tarver win is good but then you have to factor in that Tarver did almost what Roy did in which he lost a lot of weight quickly because of the Rocky movie where he played a heavyweight. People love to say Roy was shot because of that but then praise Bernard for beating an opponent who was under those same circumstances.

Overrated but still a very skilled fighter, not a lot of good fighters in his prime around his weight. He didn't fight Toney and lost to Roy.

Unbelievable. He goes into a 2 year semi-retirement comes back a month shy of his 52nd birthday and gets KO'ed finally looking his age, so now he's overrated. It's just unbelievable there are people who think like this.

I was gonna say I'm a big hockey fan, and fans of that sport are pretty brutal as well, I'm sure there is a percentage of fans in all sport that are awful. But I didn't.
