Cotto is somewhat overrated imo, I'm a fan but I never felt he was as good as people made out. Really like his style though.

The fact that all you think is important in fair match making is weight says a lot about you. I bet you think 5'4" Naseem Hamed should fight at heavyweight because he weighs 200 lbs. Athletes can manipulate their weight to be abnormally low or high for a person of their size. Weight is only one component of how big a person is and whether they are equally matched, even if it is the only measure officially used in boxing. And yes, you idiot, Klitschko was bigger and had natural advantages over just about everyone he fought.

Check this out, All that yak you just wrote is BS and you know it, you gotta bring that to somebody that don't know better. The fact is that you are a lier and you are lying on a man just because you don't like him. That's some weak ass sh#t. People are trying to talk boxing and maybe learn some things that they didn't know and you on here perpetuating a fken lie. The bad thing about it is that you know you lying.

I read a little about an exemption for Hopkins for something with his testing, but hadn't any details. Know what it was?

The best middleweight title opponent he fought was likely Taylor, and he lost that one.

Tito and Oscar De La Hoya were blown up jr welters., which really means Glen Johnson and William Joppy, might have been his best title defenses at middleweight.

    Nothing to write home about.

I happen to think his career was impressive as hell. And for all purposes he was never really stopped as I don't think the Smith fight should count. I mean seriously? He was almost 52 !!!!

His longevity is impressive. Chad Dawson might deserve a TKO over Hopkins depending on how you look at it.

The best fighters he fought in my opinion that were natural middles or better were:

Roy Jones, Joe Calzaghe, Sergey Kovalev, and Jermain Taylor. If you agree with this, Hopkins is 0-4 vs the best natural 160 and over fighters.

It's very questionable whether Calzaghe truly beat Hopkins . Its a fight a lot of people felt he lost .

Hopkins is hated but respected by many .

Calzaghe is hated but NOT respected at all .

Theres a big difference between both of these fighters .
