What do you guys think? I just have a hard time seeing Roy making it to the final bell. Granted, Hopkins is older than Jones, but he still seems to be going stronger. I don't mean any disrespect towards Roy, because I've always liked him, but I wish he would have retired 5 years ago. I hope he doesn't get hurt in this one. Thoughts?

"I want it so badly and really I want Roy to be able to remember this beating I am about to give him for making me wait so long. But now the wait is over, I am going old school and back to the days of the Executioner. He delayed it too long but his days are now over, the Governor has spoken and April 3 will be the day."

90% chance Hops stops Roy within 4 rounds.

No I don't think there will be a knockout. Hopkins isn't the type of fighter who'll do a Pacquiao on someone. He'll savour this fight, and stretch it out to 12 rounds of dominating Roy

I garuntee hopkins stops jones. Jones was a shot fighter 5 years ago. Theres a good possibilty jones goes out on a stretcher in this one. I dont think hopkins is gonna go for a ko right away. Hes gonna beat on jones for a while and take him out late.

Hopkins knows RJJ is finished. He doesn't care. Money can still be made and he loves the idea of damaging Roy even more. I think he'll beat him up and stop him later on, but before the championship rounds.

I just don't see it happening..... hops hasn't went for the kill in years.. He could have probably stopped Pav and never pushed the envelope... i expect Nard to win every round and a small chance of just accumulative puni9shment to get the mercy stoppage, but i'd bet on a UD for Hops.. Even Nard was looking kinda old in his last fight... He took more shots than he;s use to taking and that was from a guy a weight class below and in a different class...

Hopkins W 12. I don't think it is impossible for Hopkins to get the KO, but I feel strongly that this fight will go the 12 rounds. I think once Jones realizes that he can't beat Hopkins he'll pull a Tarver III and play it safe. Hopkins W 12.

Hopkins will drag it out for as long as he wants to to inflict as much pain on Roy as he can

This. He's been known to carry opponents through fights. He'd rather try to put on a boxing clinic. And if he's getting outboxed, then he'll knock him out.
