what about the rest of your post?

I was basically agreeing with you about Hopkins being Dirty. Also no doubt in my mind that Joe has managed to get away with hitting on the back of the head many times. Joe aint dirtier than Bernard

Hopkins is a serial low blow fighter. It's smart and he gets away with punching his opponents thighs on the side opposite to the ref. He's one of the dirtiest fighters in years. He's also one of the smartest.

I have a interview with Nard in my collection and he explains with great delight on how to get away with things by watching the ref and positioning yourself

With the extra fitness and speed that hopkins did have 5 years ago, he would have killed Calzaghe...

that bold part is crap and you know it

Hopkins fights dirty against EVERYONE, not just calzaghe and not because he was scared, just because he is dirty

Thats how I had it. I can't remember which rounds they were exactly/ Probably the 2nd, and the 10th, but I had it 116-111 to Calzaghe.

I had it 116-111 for Calzaghe also.

Even Harold Lederman said it was not a hard fight to score.

Hopkins would lead with his head, throw one punch, grab, hold on for dear life and repeat. Must have been trained by Ruiz.

Wouldn't this mean that it IS a hard fight to score?

    115-113 Calzaghe

Wasn't really that impressed with Calzaghe to be honest. He is a very good fighter but he's a notch below Hopkins and Jones Jr at their primes. He scraped by a 43 old Hop. 43!!!!!!!!!!

Could you imagine a 36 year old Hop (2001) versus Calzaghe when he's 43 in 2015????????? Well that's the scenario Hop was facing.

To be honest a 36 yr old Hopkins was kinda fighting like he is now but with more gas. A 30 year old Hopkins was a bashing machine!
