Yeah, bet your house on that. Look, I realize that age is finally catching up to Bernard as evidence by him getting hurt in his last fight, but I still don't see him getting stopped by Chad. I am picking B-Hop to win by close decision, but I am a bit nervous. I am rooting for my man Hopkins, but this fight is a tough call. Either way, I am expecting a close fight.

I agree with a lot of this. I think people are getting carried away with the Pascal win. I mean it's a solid win(s) but Pascal just happened to be a good style matchup for him at this point but he has showed some clear deterioration including as you mentioned getting hit more then usual. The only thing that gives me some hope is that Dawson just hasn't looked that good in last couple fights. I think even Diaconu managed to win a few rounds. Perhaps if he follows a gameplan similar to how he fought Tarver he can have some success, particularly with the lead right had but as you also mentioned in another post I'm concerned about him getting hit with counters.

Pick'em fight. Dawson's right about Hopkins not being able to unleash 30 to 35 punches per round at best so he is going to the on the downside of the volume stats. On short contrast, nobody can beat Bernard on ring generalship and control of the flow of the fight. A bet on a draw is not a good bet but make sure you put a lot of money on the guy you are expecting to have that slight advantage going into the bout... Cause he's gonna win some rounds to start with and just because of that.
