Hmmm, that is quite tough.

For me, slight edge to Hopkins in P4P ATG-ness. Hagler MW reign undoubtedly better but give it to Hops based on his accomplishments at higher weights and longevity. Hops could have become disillusioned after he felt decisions vs Taylor went against him (like hagler after Sugar Ray) but instead of retiring reinvented himself at higher weight and built a new legacy.

H2H. I really can't decide. Am thinking of BHOP from Trinidad fight as we judging at 160, each time I imagine it I can envisage a different result. Ok gonna go Hagler, just.

I really like your first paragraphed answer. I wished Hagler would have come back from that SRL defeat. I don't think there was a SMW division at that time, but Hagler could have made some noise in higher weights. His height would have worked against him though.
