Ofcourse I have. I didn't watch them to score previously. So I wanted to score them both last night.

Throw your scorecard down as I did.

I had both fights 115-113 to Taylor. Hopkins started too slow in both of the fights.

There was nothing to give Jermain Taylor a Championship win in the first fight since he started out fast and strong but never really dominated and he faded towards the end stretch without Hopkins dominating exception made maybe to the last couple of rounds... Nothing to be scored as a 8 rounds to 4 for Hopkins but no reason to give Taylor a 115-113 win either. That was a draw in my eyes. The second fight and its punch stats speak for themselves, Hopkins won a close fight and really didn't lose another 115-113 7 to 5 rounds to Taylor, I'm sorry.

Had Jermain winning first fight, Nard winning the second. Not easy fights to score by any means.

It surprises me people scoring the second fight to hop. A draw I can see, but 7 rounds that were won by hopkins?

Do you give him the early cagey rounds were neither guy really did anything?

Hopkins was in both fights the vastly greater, more intelligent, better executed, just flat out downright leagues better more masterful fighter (obviously) - but I could accept anyone making the argument that Taylor won both fights. Hopkins may have pinched the first, but Taylor's physicality made Hopkins look feeble and helpless in the overall impression over both contests. Bernard's ego and posturing had everything to do with his late career losses including these. Too little, too late, even in the process of kicking somebody's ass and making a debate out of the subject.

Taylor definitely won the 1st fight imo. The rematch was debatable because the first 4 rounds were so close.

Ignore the Hopkins nuthuggers who can't think further than complaining about the judges. Hopkins only has himself to blame for such negativity in both fights.

Yeah in the rematch I had it 3-1 jt with the otherall fight being 7-5 jt.

Nothing of note really happened in them early rounds but to give them all to hop would be stretching it a bit imo

Word. I never take what the commentators say into account with my scoring. I know what im watching and what needs to be scored. I dont need guys who have some sort of interest in fighters telling me what to score on MY score card.

The first fight has a better argument for Hopkins. It though it was a draw or edge to Hopkins. I was surprised when the judges gave it to Taylor. But the second fight was Taylor, it was one of those "close but clear" victories.

agreed, the first fight really shouldn't have gone to taylor and it was a robbery. but i think you have to favour hopkins to score it for him in the rematch

Hopkins gave away the first 7 rounds in the first fight, and while he finished strong, his work rate horrid, and he lost the fight. The second fight, Taylor was more assertive and didn't allow Hopkins to have the same kind of finish as he had in the first fight. Bottom line, Taylor won both fights on 5 of the 6 judges scorecards, they were close fights but Taylor was spotted too many rounds, and Hopkins did no where near enough to win.

This is a blatant fabrication, and there's no ****ing way Hopkins won 8 rounds in the first fight...that's literally stupid as ****.
