    You didn't ask a question, fraud idiot. You asked when the organizations you randomly brought into it - when - they started using the practice of scoring by certain percentages. THAT NEVER HAPPENED YOU ****ING FOOL. But you already know that. I've OWNED you 8,000 times already. All I can do is smile. You're not even asking real questions, and this is despite the fact that you have DUCKED about 200 points and questions of mine over time.. Your record is 0 for 40 against me.
