Hopkins vs Calzaghe...who do you pull for?!?!

B-Hop by UD in a very good fight.

The comment was used to sell the fight - he's not really like that. It may have been inappropriate - but it's working. And you know that - cause people still mention it - even after a whole month has gone by. Even Dan Rafael still mentions it from time to time.

 

I would like to see B-Hop win but I do not think that miracle will happen this time. I'm pulling for Hops but Cal is gonna UD him with 1000 slaps.

 

Funny. Love the guy - but can't really see him fight beyond this year.

Our kids go to school together - so I'm just waiting to run into him again. ESB has given me a lot of questions to ask him. And he likes to stay informed about what the Boxing Community is saying - from an outsider.

 

I hate black guys so I never want to see them win. I'm hoping for a nuclear blast at the Tito-RJJ fight.

hopkins will clown on joe embarrase him like he did tarver. Joe has never beat a great fighter nor never will.

 

Although I don't expect him to win, no self respecting Philadelphian can go against Nard in this fight.

 

I don't hate Joe C or anything like that, but the Executioner is one of my all time favorites. I'll be pulling for Bernard.

 

How does everyone see the crowd support in the arena playing out?

Brits are very resourceful at getting tickets and supporting their own vociferously - will pay over the odds if needs be.

What kind of support does Hopkins get? (Q to the Americans really)

 

Calzaghe. **** Hopkins. Between the white people comment and ****ing with the Puerto Rican flag, I don't care that he's American. I want Calzaghe to shred him. Chalk up at least 1 US Calzaghe fan.

 

I hope Hopkins takes it, I think it would stop all this Calzaghe ATG talk once and for all.

 

I know this is a tough choice, 2 months ago i would of picked Bhop all the way but that white boy comment pissed me off too.
And Calzaghe wants to be considered and is the Anti-American.

Its a choice between the racist and the Anti-American, I wish there was some way they both can lose, I guess im leaning towards Hopkins in this one in that I want to see JC have a loss on his resume.

No-one here can seriously tell me that Hopkins hits harder than Mikkel Kessler....so Joe definitely isn't getting sparked out. I can see a Malignaggi style homer points win for Hopkins, cos he never gets out classed but won't do enough to genuinely win in my eyes.....either guy could win but the fighter boxing in his own country is usually the favourite.
