Good question. Haye has undeniable power at that weight, would he ever hit Hopkins though?? Surely the bigger guy in Haye would tire him out? I really don't know! I'll have a think about it!
How would we know? I mean.....even a small amoutn of weight can change a fighter.....pointless thread, as I love adding my bit to things like this.....but this fight is implausible.
So you think he can withstand the punches of fully fledged heavyweights? He has been down before you know. His chin is very, very good, but not that good. Haye would overwhelm him. Why not Hopkins vs Klitschko why we are at it? Or Hopkins vs a prime Tyson. Hopkins decisions them both right?
Is this thread for real?Hopkins is a former MW now fighting at LHW,how the hell is he gonna stand to a CW or a HW punch?
Well, his two fellow middleweight, great contemporaries have been know to take a heavyweight punch or two with some success...
A lot of people are forgetting that James Toney, a former middleweight, went up to heavyweight and is yet to be stopped. I see Hopkins' defence and chin stopping him from getting knocked out, however, he loses a wide decision.
